Membership Terms and Conditions

2.1. The purpose of the membership is to support business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in their personal and professional growth while fostering a supportive networking community.

2.2. While the membership is open to all, it is primarily aimed at women in business or those considering starting a business.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. Members are entitled to the following benefits each month:

  • Guest expert workshops from a range of industries.
  • Access to virtual networking events.
  • Participation in a private group chat for communication and networking.
  • A monthly group co-working call with Kerry Metcalfe.
  • Marketing training/workshops.
  • Discounts (if offered) on certain additional services or events.

3.2. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain benefits at any time without notice, provided the core benefits of membership remain unaffected.

4. Membership Fees and Payment

4.1. Membership fees are as follows:

  • Monthly rolling membership: £24.99 per month.
  • Annual membership (discounted): £249 per year.

4.2. Payments are non-refundable, regardless of whether you utilise the benefits of the membership.

4.3. Any additional services, such as face-to-face networking events or 1:1 support, will incur separate charges.

5. Member Obligations

5.1. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned without our prior written consent.

5.2. Members must not share, resell, or misuse any materials, resources, or content provided as part of the membership.

6. Disclaimers

6.1. We provide marketing workshops, training, and access to guest expert workshops to support your business and professional growth; however, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or success.

6.2. By joining the membership, you acknowledge and agree that your business and marketing growth depend on your individual efforts and circumstances, and we bear no responsibility for any lack of growth or success.

7. Cancellation and Termination

7.1. Members can cancel their membership at any time by emailing me at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period, and no further payments will be taken unless you choose to rejoin.

7.2. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your membership.

7.3. We reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of our codes of conduct.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your information.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Process

1.1. Members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing [email protected].

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

2.1. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.

2.2. No further payments will be taken after the cancellation date unless you choose to rejoin the membership.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Membership fees are non-refundable, including for any unused portion of the membership or lack of engagement with membership benefits.

4. Rejoining Membership

4.1. If you wish to rejoin after cancellation, you may do so by signing up again at the prevailing membership rates.
